1. The service

RosterMatch is an early-access planning tool for brands and creators. It helps you organize creator research and campaign plans. Features marked as preview or early access may change.

2. What RosterMatch is not

Not a marketplace: no messaging, booking, contracts, or payments between brands and creators happen in the product. Not a verification service: creator metrics are self-reported or entered by users, and fit scores are simple rule-based checks over entered data, not endorsements or predictions. Not a data broker: we do not sell audience data or profiles.

3. Accounts

You need an email and password and are responsible for your account's activity. During signup you choose a workspace type (brand or creator). Administrator access is granted only by the operator and is never self-assigned.

4. Your data and responsibilities

Enter only information you have the right to use. Creators publish a profile only for themselves or a creator they are authorized to represent; directory visibility is the creator's choice and is revocable. Do not misuse the service: no scraping of the product itself, no attempts to access other accounts, no unlawful content.

5. Pricing

The service is currently free in early access. If paid plans are ever introduced, updated terms and exact prices will be published on this site before any charge applies.

6. Availability and changes

Early access means the service may change, pause, or stop features. We aim to keep your data exportable at all times.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions made using entered or self-reported data. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion via contact@rostermatch.app. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
