Why we are building RosterMatch
Small businesses increasingly buy marketing through creators, but the planning behind those decisions is still scattered: follower counts in screenshots, rates in chat threads, shortlists in someone's memory. When a campaign works, nobody can say exactly why. When it doesn't, the money is already gone.
RosterMatch starts one step earlier than most tools in this space: not with outreach, booking or payments, but with the planning work itself. A business writes down its products, customers, languages, locations, goals and budget once, in a private brief. Its creator research lives beside it. Fit checks explain themselves in plain language. The shortlist turns into a campaign draft that can be downloaded and used anywhere.
Why planning first
Because planning is where small businesses actually lose money. Paying the wrong creator is expensive; organising your own research is free. If a workspace makes the second genuinely easier - and honest about what is unknown - the first decision gets better on its own.
What that means in practice
- Private by default. Your brief, your creators and your plans are visible only inside your own workspace.
- Explained, not scored. Fit checks show their reasoning. There is no black-box percentage.
- Honest limits. Unknown facts stay labelled unknown. The home page lists exactly what is not connected yet.
Where we are
RosterMatch is in early access and free. The core journey works today; automatic discovery, verified insights, outreach and payments are deliberately not connected yet. We would rather say that on the home page than bury it in a footnote.
If that sounds like the planning tool you needed, create a free account and try it with your own brief.
